At Marketplace Events, we are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience for all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, vendors, and staff. By attending, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and considerate manner at all times, treating others with dignity and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, or any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe will not be tolerated in any form, whether in person, online, or in communications related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome comments, offensive or discriminatory language, or actions that interfere with another person’s ability to enjoy the event. Participants are encouraged to report any concerns to event staff, security, or by visiting the show office. Marketplace Events may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including removing anyone from the event who violates this Code of Conduct or applicable laws.

Parking is free onsite.

Dogs and other household pets are not permitted in show venues. On duty service animals that are properly identified will be allowed entry. Emotional support animals do not qualify under this category and absolutely no exceptions will be made. Market Place Events reserves the right to remove any parties in violation of this rule without a refund. Please leave all pets at home to allow all attendees to enjoy the event.

There will be concessions available during show hours.

The show will be accessible by ramp access.

Children under 16 are permitted with supervision of a parent or guardian

Tickets are available for purchase online or at the door during show hours. It is highly recommended to purchase tickets in advance to avoid lines and ease entry into the show.

Yes! Tickets are valid for any day of the event. If you wish to leave the event and return at a later time, please visit the security guard at the entrance for a stamp.

All sales are final. Ticket refunds will only be available in the event of a show cancellation, postponement or rescheduling.
